With a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering degree, Nicole brings her unique attention to detail and efficiency into the kitchen to ensure that each Parisian-style truffle and chocolate bark is made with care. What began as a fun pastime grew into a passion that she wanted to share with the world. Nicole began making truffles as a way to relieve the daily stress as a corporate engineer. Competitions are based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Sacramento, as well as through standalone Chocolate Salon Award Competitions for Best Caramels, Bars, Truffles, White Chocolate, Best Hot Cocoa, Top Branding, and Best Bridal Chocolates.Ĭhef Nicole Patel is just as impressive as the confections she handcrafts.
